Client Relationship Summary

New SEC regulations require financial services firms to deliver a disclosure document, Form CRS (Client Relationship Summary). This new disclosure is also referred to as Part 3 of the ADV advisory brochure which we annually file and provide to clients- https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/171139.  Form CRS is intended to be a simple and easy-to-read summary regarding the nature of a retail client’s relationship with financial professionals.

According to the SEC, Form CRS is intended to provide you with a high-level overview of a firm’s services, fees, costs, conflicts of interest, the standard of conduct, and disciplinary history to help you decide whether to engage a particular firm or financial professional and provide you with guidance while deciding whether to seek either investment advisory or brokerage services. The ADV advisory brochure, by contrast, provides more detailed, albeit similar, disclosures, specific to advisory services, and it covers additional topics not addressed in Form CRS.
