Q: How often is my portfolio reviewed?

A: We monitor accounts continuously and formally review performance with you at least quarterly or anytime your needs change.

A: You’ll use the Schwab platform to access your investment accounts and Tamarac for real-time portfolio reporting.

Q: Is there a client portal?

A: Yes. Tamarac provides a secure, personalized portal with 24/7 access to your portfolio, performance, and plan tracking.

Q: Do you offer mobile access?

A: Absolutely. Both Schwab and Tamarac have mobile apps to manage your accounts on the go.

Security & Custody

Q: Where are my assets held?

A: Your assets are securely held in your name at Charles Schwab, our independent third-party custodian.

Q: How secure is my information?

A: We implement bank-level security and two-factor authentication via Schwab and Tamarac. Your data is encrypted and protected at every touchpoint.

Q: Can you access or withdraw my funds?

A: No. We can manage your portfolio but cannot move or access funds without your explicit authorization.
